One hundred out of a hundred natural and authentic, spontaneous and somewhat stubborn, but always elegant and full of character. Pure passion, as Armand and Gaston Debelder have always done. Fermented and matured further in the bottle and with a long storage potential. Unfiltered and unpasteurized. A gueuze full of character and a beautiful aroma and taste evolution.
