This specific Cuvée Armand & Gaston was assembled with lambics from 8 different barrels and no less than 10 different brews. Some of our own imported summer honey was added to the assembly. The oldest lambic was brewed at the start of season 16 | 17, so at the end of 2016. One of the lambic was brewed with fresh Coigneau hops, a local “lambic” variety.
