Tilquin Oude Gueuze à l’Ancienne Squared 2013-2014 (#bottles: 2500) 75cl

Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Old (Gueuze Tilquin) ² is a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic matured in oak barrels. Due to an oversaturation in the bottle, this beer was put back in oak barrels, and was then bottled for a second time. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle.
