Beer of spontaneous fermentation, the Old Gueuze Tilquin – Cuvée di 10ème anniversaire is issued from a unique blend made on 06/03/2019 and containing 20% 1-year old lambics, 40% 2-year old lambics and 40% 3-year old lambics, all matured in oak barrels. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented and matured in the bottle for 2 years (4991 bottles filled).
