Oud Beersel Oude Geuze Vandervelden 137 (Limited Edition) 37.5cl
The Oude Geuze Vandervelden series are a tribute to the founder of Oud Beersel, Henri Vandervelden, who started the brewery in 1882. The brewery was named Vandervelden until 1954, when his grandson, also named Henri Vandervelden, who took over the brewery in 1953, changes the name to Oud Beersel as a response to what he called to be the changed and the ‘new Brussels’.
Oude Geuze Vandervelden 137
A unique blend that consists only of three year old Lambics from three foeders formely used for the maturation of Brunello di Montalcino, one of Italy’s best wines.
The complexity of the obtained Lambics results in a very refined Oude Geuze.
