Since 1822, Lindemans has been making traditional lambic brewing into an art form. One of their finest products, the Old Gueuze Cuvée René, is the result of a 3-year refermentation process. The wild yeasts in the air of Pajottenland, water, malted barley, wheat and aged hop flowers all contribute to the intriguing and complex palate of this noble beer.
