Lambikstoempers – Oude Geuze Cuvée Lambikstoemper 2014 (29/03/2013) 75cl
Cuvée Lambikstoemper is an Oude Geuze, a designation protected by the EC. This Oude Geuze has been compiled at the Boon Brewery in Lembeek, by De Lambikstoempers vzw, on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the beer tasting association from the Pajottenland and the Zenne valley.
It is a blend of 6hl from Foeder No. 36 (Brew W82, 11/01/2012), 10hl from Foeder No. 102 (Brew W144, 24/03/2012) and 4hl from Foeder No. 13 (Brew W76, 04 / 01/2010).
The blending took place on 20/03/2013 and the bottling on 29/03/2013.
After 6 months of refermentation on bottle at Brouwerij Boon and at least 6 months in the ‘Lambikstoemperskelder’, it is now ready to be tasted.
