Blueberry grows wild in the Ardennes forests. The region of Vielsalm is famous for its rich harvest and many regional products with the Wild Blueberries. The blueberries (Vaccinium Myrtillus) are added as a whole (no juice) to the lambic in a ratio of 40 kg per 100 liters of young lambic. This Blueberry Lambic contains only wheat, barley malt, hops and blueberries. Not pasteurized, NO artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors.
