Traditionally, the red berries are harvested in the Pajottenland. The red berries are processed as a whole (no juice)  stone included. The berry content is approximately 45 kg per 100 liters of lambic. This Berrie Lambic contains only wheat, barley malt, hops and truss berries. Not pasteurized, NO artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors.
