Nectarine Lambic does not foam, because refermentation in the bottle is minimal to get the maximum taste of the fruit aromas. Old Nectarine Lambic is created by fermenting young lambic together with a quantity of aromatic nectarines. The nectarines, Prunus Nuci persica, are processed as a whole (no juice) with kernel. The nectarine content is approximately 40 kg per 100 liters of lambic. This Nectarine Lambic contains only wheat, barley malt, hops and nectarines. Not pasteurized, NO artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors.
