Raspberries from Pajottenland were added to young lambic to ferment together into one beautiful whole. In May we pick the flowers from the elderberry. Both the white blossoms and the raspberries are added as a whole (no juice, no syrup). This Framboise Elderberry contains allergens wheat, barley malt, hops, raspberries and elderflower blossoms. Not pasteurized, NO artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors.
