The Boon Oude Geuze Black Label Edition N ° 5 was bottled on November 14, 2019. This Oude Geuze has a typical long, dry finish, but is still very full-bodied in taste, as we are used to from a Boon Black Label. With a very fresh grapefruit touch and light sparkle, the Boon Black Label N ° 5 can be described as a very elegant, smooth and tender Oude Geuze. In the complex whole, a light, wine-like oak touch can be discerned on top of the soft acidic undertone that harmonizes the flavors.
