Oude Geuze Boon Black Label is a perfect example of BOON pushing the boundaries of lambic beer. A dry finish combined with a large body is a big challenge. But the result is a pleasant, complex and well balanced Oude Geuze.

Black Label “Edition N°3” (2017)
The taste of this new Black Label is again slightly different, although the dry finish is still present. A characterful, full-bodied taste, but still bone-dry like the previous editions. Notes of citrus fruits like grapefruit are more discreetly present compared to the Second Edition while vanilla and oak are more prominent. This makes the Black Label Edition N°3 a perfect beer for hot summer days or a great aperitif.
