Boon/Mikkeler Goût Américain is a collaboration blend done with the Mikkeller brewery. It was bottled in both 37,5cl and 75cl bottles and labeled at 6.5% ABV. This Boon/Mikkeller Oude Geuze collaboration is the fourth in a series of collaborations with Mikkeller. The name Goût Américain translates to “American Taste” and is a nod to the perception that the American palate prefers beers with a sharper, sometimes more acetic edge.
