3 Fonteinen Pruim Conducta Toast new label 26/02/2020 B48 19|20 (#bottles: 880) 75cl

For this Pruim, we used Reine Claude Conducta plums from Hoepertingen, Haspengouw region, Flanders. This pink-purple plum has a crispier flesh and higher sweetness than other plum varieties. We macerated these plums for almost seven months on a single oak barrel that previously held white Chardonnay wine from the Burgundy region. The lambikken originate from two barrels and three brews. The final fruit intensity is 536 grams of plums per litre of Pruim. 100% 3 fonteinen – bottle count: 880.
