Thanks to the spontaneous fermentation, the long aging in oak barrels, and the continuous evolution in the bottle, a distinctly complex and elegant natural beer is created. Lambik and Geuze are rich living heritage, typical of the Zenne valley! Unfiltered and unpasteurized.
