This specific Oude Geuze blend consists of lambikken originating from seven different barrels, eight different brews brewed by four different brewers. The oldest lambik in this blend was brewed beginning of March 2016 and was almost four years old upon blending. More than half of the lambikken in this blend was brewed by us. Upon release, the weighted average age of this blend was more than 36 months. That means that the oldest portion of lambik was brewed more than five years ago when released.
