Mixture of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic, spontaneously fermented and matured in oak barrels. Not filtered. Spontaneous wild fermentation in the bottle. Lambic is brewed with 60% barley malt, 40% wheat, old hops and water. This Golden Blend also contains 25% lambic from 4 years of maturation. This gives this Oude Geuze nice, fruity acidity and a dry aftertaste.
