Young Lambic with the addition of 40% cherries. Not filtered. Spontaneously refermentation in the bottle. Without the addition of flavors and colors. Lambic is brewed with 60% barley malt, 40% wheat, old hops and water.

If red is the color of love then the love with which we made this cherry is very intense. The deep red color and its pink foam betray the passion for Brewing.
If, after a long battle, you can no longer resist the red temptation, uncork it gently, intense red always has some evil in it.
