For this specific raspberry we used summer raspberries. We kept the maceration for 3 months. The one- and two-year lambic come from 3 different barrels and 3 different brews. Final fruit intensity of 332 grams of raspberries per liter of Raspberry. Some honey was added during bottling (2 grams per liter).
